At Adax Official Webshop, we ship with Link, which partners with carriers such as FedEx, Bring in Norway, PostNord in Sweden, and UPS in Switzerland.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Orders placed on Fridays after 11:00 AM are dispatched the following business day.

Transit times and delivery options vary depending on your destination country and carrier. For FedEx shipments, you will normally receive a notification allowing you to choose from the available delivery options, which may include home delivery or collection from a parcel shop.

Adax Balsam: Gently wipe your bag with a cloth and let it dry naturally. With the accompanying sponge, apply a small layer of balm, using soft and smooth movements to nourish and protect the surface. Finish by removing any excess with a clean cloth, and make sure that none remains inside the braids.
