Adax was founded in Copenhagen in 1982 designer Eugen Silfen – who to this day still is the head designer of our collections. Now, more than forty years later, we’re proud to have grown to be amongst the leading Danish companies producing high quality leather bags. Since our establishment, timeless and elegant design
has been a part of our core DNA, without ever compromising on quality or function. As a member of the Leather Working Group (LWG), we ensure that our products meet the highest standards of leather craftsmanship while focusing on reducing the environmental impact of our production. This commitment allows us to offer iconic design classics, that can be used over several years and generations. Over the years, we have designed multiple styles that have become some of the most loved styles by our customer base. Especially our braided styles; Mindy and Marlin, have grown to be our best sellers, just as our Sia, suitcases and our Corsico collection.

Adax is one of Northern Europe's leading bag manufacturers, with products available in more than 500 stores across Scandinavia and Germany, as well as in numerous international online shops. We continuously stay ahead of design trends and are
proud to be the first choice within both everyday life, travel, work and festive events.

Together with our design team, Eugen develops two annual collections, focusing on quality, functionality, and contemporary trends to create durable, beautifully designed bags and accessories.
