Terms of trade

At Adax webshop the customer always has the full right of return - we return your money with a smile.

You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 21 days. The withdrawal period is counted from the day you receive your goods.

The period means that you have 21 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to adax@adax.dk or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.


Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.


Returning the goods

When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us.

You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport. If you wish for us to grant you a shipping label we will deduct the price of the shipping from your refund.


The state of the article when you return it

If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.

We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.


Refund of the purchase sum

If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

Cancellation rights for business purchases

In b2b there are no cancellation rights.


No personal information recorded on Adaxshop.com will be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All informations are stored safely and are accessible only to trusted employees at Adax A/S.

For electronic payments a secure encrypted method is being used through the shop system. It is an approved provider within the approval of the E-mark.

The shop system uses cookies. Cookies are nescessary in order to make the webshop work, and ensure the best possible experience on Adax webshop. When using Adax webshop you agree that we use cookies. During a purchase we ask for your name, address, phone number and e-mail. These informations are used only for processing orders. The informations are transmitted and stored electronic in an u-encrypted way for 5 years. The contract (purchase agreement) is not stored in a way, which makes it possible for you to log in and see/change the status.

In addition we record the IP-address, where a possible purchase is made. This information will under normal circumstances not have any use, but will be used only in a possible police investigation. All false purchases will be reported to the police.

It is optional to have your e-mail recorded on a mailing list at Adax A/S, where you can receive news and other relevant information from Adax. This service can at any time be unsubscribed if desired.
In reference to the Privacy Act we disclose on request on records and on the basis of any objections we will erase the extent desired.  



Adax A/S provides a 2 year warranty in reference to the Sale of Goods Act - comprehensive manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or tear directly or indirectly caused by improper use, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects that should be detected by using the product must be notified Adax within reasonable time. Please contact us by e-mail and attach a picture of the defect. The product can hereby be returned for repair, exchange or according to agreement a refund. 

In connection with any claim Adax assumes the shipping cost in a resonable extent. Please contact us at web@adax.dk and we can arrange the procedure for your claim. The product must be shipped together with a precise indication of where and what the defect is, and a copy of the invoice must be included as well. Remeber to send the product back in good packaging.

Has your luggage been damaged during a travel, REMEMBER that this must be reported immediately to the travel agency at arrival. Transport damage will not be treated as a regular claim.

In case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid items that are canceled before shipment there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is usually always by bank transfer, and Adax A/S therefore needs your account informations. These informations are not sensitive, and can be informed by e-mail or other traditional forms of correspondance.



All prices on Adax Official Webshop are in Euros (EUR). Additional costs regarding customs duty could be added depending on your country.

At Adax official webshop we deliver your package with the best possible option for your country. This could be GLS, UPS, DHL etc.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark within 1-3 weekdays from order placement. Orders placed on a Friday after 11.00 AM will be shipped the following weekday. If the delivery time is estimated to be longer, we will contact you immediately by e-mail. You are then entitled to cancel your order. In a busy everyday life it can be a challenge to be home within the hours for package delivery. Therefore it is completely up to you to decide whether you want the package delivered to your home address or at your work. All packages will be shipped with a trusted shipping company which guarantee safe delivery straight to an address of your choosing.

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and The United Kingdom: 2-3 days

Norway and Sweden: 2-5 days

Finland, Ireland, Italy, Poland and Switzerland: 3-5 days

*The shipping time is the estimated time from when the package leaves our warehouse in Denmark until it reaches its destination.

Adaxshop.com have the Danish online secure trademark “e-mærket”. Therefore you are covered by the e-mark buyer protection, and you always have access to the e-mark free procession when you shop with us.

If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant boards in the area if the conditions are fulfilled.

To complain about goods or services, the goods or services must have a value between 1.110 DKK and 100.000 DKK. If the goods you want to complain about are clothes or shoes the value must be at least 720 DKK. A fee will be charged.


Alternatively, you can use the European Commission's online complaint portal ODR although this will mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark.
