Terms of trade

PRICES
All prices on Adax webshop are in Euros (EUR) incl. VAT. Are you a customer from Sweden all prices are shown in SEK incl. VAT. Are you a customer from Norway all prices are shown in NOK incl. VAT. We will take care of the custom clearance, so the price you see on our webshop will be your final price. No further costs besides shipping fee will be added. On all orders shipped to Switzerland VAT will be removed, please use the "Prices without VAT function" featured on the webshop. VAT will always be included in the shopping basket, but will be removed once you choose Switzerland as your country, when filling out your shipping information.

Adax reserves the right to change the listed prices without notice. Subject to any print or typing errors, pricing errors and sold out products.

At Adax we strive to offer our customers the best service possible.

Adax therefore offer free shipping on all orders within Europe over 200 EUR. Are you a customer from Denmark we offer free shipping on ordres over 399 DKK. To Norway and Sweden we offer free shipping on orders over 1700 NOK and 1700 SEK.

Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Switzerland and The Netherlands: 10 EUR

Ireland, Italy, Portugal and The United Kingdom: 15 EUR

France and Spain: 20 EUR

Greece: 25 EUR

DELIVERY TIME
At Adax official webshop we deliver your package with GLS.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark within 1-2 weekdays from order placement. Orders placed on a Friday after 11.00 AM will be shipped the following weekday. If the delivery time is estimated to be longer, we will contact you immediately by e-mail. You are then entitled to cancel your order. In a busy everyday life it can be a challenge to be home within the hours for package delivery. Therefore it is completely up to you to decide whether you want the package delivered to your home address or at your work. All packages will be shipped with GLS and they guarantee safe delivery straight to an address of your choosing.

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and The United Kingdom: 2-3 days

Norway and Sweden: 2-5 days

Finland, Ireland, Italy, Poland and Switzerland: 3-5 days

Greece, Portugal and Spain: 4-5 days

Iceland: 4-9 days

*The shipping time is the estimated time from when the package leaves our warehouse in Denmark until it reaches its destination.

RETURNS
At Adax webshop the customer always has the full right of return - we return your money with a smile.

You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 21 days. The withdrawal period is counted from the day you receive your goods.

If you choose to return your purchase, all you have to do is ship the product back to us in its original condition, the product must not have been used, and all labels must be intact and still on the bag. Fill out the return note, and send it with the package as well as a copy of the invoice. Costs incurred in returning are for your own account, and please remember that you as a customer are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. Once the package is received at our warehouse and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 8 workdays. Do you wish to have the money refunded to another account please advise this on the return note.

Unfortunately we are not able to customize exchange orders. We therefore kindly ask you to place a new order on Adaxshop.com

Please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
All packages which are denied receiving or not picked up will be charged a fee of 12 EUR / 125 SEK /125 NOK.
All products which are returned to Adax A/S must be securely wrapped. Enclose the return note and a copy of the invoice as proof that your return package is purchased at Adax A/S.
We recommend that your return package is shipped as parcel post. This way the package can be tracked, and it excludes doubt of wether the package was returned, and the package can be traced.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
No personal information recorded on Adaxshop.com will be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All informations are stored safely and are accessible only to trusted employees at Adax A/S.

For electronic payments a secure encrypted method is being used through the shop system. It is an approved provider within the approval of the E-mark.

The shop system uses cookies. Cookies are nescessary in order to make the webshop work, and ensure the best possible experience on Adax webshop. When using Adax webshop you agree that we use cookies. If you later wish to delete cookies, it may be done through your browser preferences. More information

During a purchase we ask for your name, address, phone number and e-mail. These informations are used only for processing orders. The informations are transmitted and stored electronic in an u-encrypted way for 5 years. The contract (purchase agreement) is not stored in a way, which makes it possible for you to log in and see/change the status.

In addition we record the IP-address, where a possible purchase is made. This information will under normal circumstances not have any use, but will be used only in a possible police investigation. All false purchases will be reported to the police.

It is optional to have your e-mail recorded on a mailing list at Adax A/S, where you can receive news and other relevant information from Adax. This service can at any time be unsubscribed if desired.
In reference to the Privacy Act we disclose on request on records and on the basis of any objections we will erase the extent desired.

CLAIMS

Adax A/S provides a 2 year warranty in reference to the Sale of Goods Act - comprehensive manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or tear directly or indirectly caused by improper use, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects that should be detected by using the product must be notified Adax within reasonable time. Please contact us by e-mail and attach a picture of the defect. The product can hereby be returned for repair, exchange or according to agreement a refund.

In connection with any claim Adax assumes the shipping cost in a resonable extent. Please contact us at web@adax.dk and we can arrange the procedure for your claim. The product must be shipped together with a precise indication of where and what the defect is, and a copy of the invoice must be included as well. Remeber to send the product back in good packaging.

Has your luggage been damaged during a travel, REMEMBER that this must be reported immediately to the travel agency at arrival. Transport damage will not be treated as a regular claim.

REFUND

In case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid items that are canceled before shipment there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is usually always by bank transfer, and Adax A/S therefore needs your account informations. These informations are not sensitive, and can be informed by e-mail or other traditional forms of correspondance.

APPEALS

If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact us at web@adax.dk or telephone +45 43 44 44 10.

Adaxshop.com have the Danish online secure trademark “e-mærket”. Therefore you are covered by the e-mark buyer protection, and you always have access to the e-mark free procession when you shop with us.

If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant boards in the area if the conditions are fulfilled.
