How To Return

If your order isn’t quite right for you, you are of course welcome to return one or more items. You have 21 days from the day you receive your order to send it back.

If you would like a different item, you are very welcome to return your purchase and place a new order.

If you wish to return an item, it must be unused and in its original/sellable packaging with the hangtag attached. Please note that if this is not the case, it may affect the refund amount or your return might be rejecte and sent back to you at your own expense.

If you received a promotional item with your order (for example, a free charm with purchases over 139 EUR), you must return the promotional item along with any other items if your return causes the total value of your order to fall below the promotion’s minimum requirement (e.g., under 139 EUR).

If the promotional item is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to make a return, please follow the appropriate guide below, depending on whether you are returning from within or outside the EU.

Returns for customers inside the EU:

If you are located within the EU, simply follow the return guide below to register your return and buy a return label.

If you are located outside the EU, please scroll down to the section below: “Returns for customers outside the EU” to see how to return your order.

Fill out the physical return form that came with your order and include it in the package together with the items you wish to return.
Create a return label via our return portal, which you can access through the button below this section. Check return prices in our Terms of Trade section 7: Returns.
Pack the shipment securely and include your filled out return form and a copy of your invoice. Print the return label and place it visibly on the outside of the package.
Now, hand in your package at the designated drop-off point. Check your label for carrier and drop-off location (E.g. GLS, UPS) — remember to get a receipt as proof of drop-off.

Returns for customers outside the EU:

If you are returning an item from outside the EU, you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself.

Please make sure to send it directly to our address listed below, as we are unable to collect packages sent to a parcel shop or pickup point. If this is the case, the package will be returned to you.

Remember to get a receipt upon drop-off, as you are responsible for the package until we have received it.

Fill out the return form included with your order and place it inside the package together with the items you wish to return.
Arrange your return shipment with a reliable carrier in your country and follow their instructions. Send the parcel directly to our address — we are not able to collect parcels from parcel shops or pickup points.
Pack the items carefully and remember to include the filled out return form and a copy of your invoice.
Next, send your package. Remember to get a receipt for the shipment, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

When will my return be processed?

We aim to process return parcels as quickly as possible and no later than within 7 days upon receiveing your return.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

We will refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 7 - 10 days for the amount to reflect on your bank account (this is depending on your bank)
