All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Orders placed on Fridays after 11:00 AM are dispatched the following business day.

Transit times and delivery options vary depending on your destination country and carrier. For FedEx shipments, you will normally receive a notification allowing you to choose from the available delivery options, which may include home delivery or collection from a parcel shop.

The Firenze collection is made from calf leather that is embossed with a beautiful pattern. The hides are carefully selected to ensure softness, durability, and a natural look in the embossed surface.

It is recommended to treat the leather regularly with Adax Protection Spray to preserve its characteristic and beautiful appearance. Wipe your bag with a damp cloth and allow it to dry completely. Then hold the spray bottle about 10–15 cm from the bag and apply an even layer over the entire bag. Afterwards, let the bag dry completely before using it again.
