If you have experienced a problem with your product, you can get help by filling out the form below.

Please note: We only process inquiries on products that are within the 2-year warranty period and that were purchased
directly from our online webshop at
www.adaxshop.com or from our physical warehouse sale.

If the product was purchased elsewhere, you must contact the store or webshop where the purchase was made.

If the product was purchased from our physical warehouse sale, please write 'warehouse sale' in the order number field and attach
a picture of the physical receipt you received with the purchase.

Once we have received your form, our bag specialist will assess whether this is a valid claim, and you will then hear from us.
We strive to get back to you within 7 business days.
